This outline describes, at a high level, how long BidRecover AI intends to retain information submitted for a free recovery audit. It is not a finalized retention policy.

Audit form submissions

Contact details submitted through the audit form (name, work email, phone, company, primary trade) are retained only as long as needed to follow up on your request.

Estimate data

Estimate data shared for a free audit — anonymized identifiers accepted — is used only to produce your recovery report and is not retained for any purpose beyond that audit unless you continue to an ongoing account.

Deletion requests

You can request deletion of your submitted information at any time by emailing hello@bidrecover.ai.
